Automatic Triggering & Video Synchronisation
Our guides and multimedia players are equipped for automatic triggering and video synchronisation using Infrared technology. This feature allows the devices to play specific audio messages automatically in predefined zones, enabling visitors to explore the tour hands-free and in complete autonomy, particularly beneficial for visitors with disabilities.
Importantly, the triggered commentary is played in the language selected by the visitor, ensuring a personalised experience. Since all audio content is stored directly on the audio guides, once the signal is received, the playback commentary continues seamlessly without interruption.
Note: The triggering equipment is designed to be discreet,
it does not require a centralized computer system

This software will allow your employees to update content and rearrange your audio tour with ease. Our team will always be available for tech support if you need assistance updating your content. Even though you will be autonomous, you will have support when you need it.
